We are looking for a HR Manager to own and manage all HR requirements across the MediaMath APAC region 


Reporting to the Global HR Business Partner the regional HR Manager will provide counsel and support to all employees within APAC (Singapore , Sydney , Melbourne , Tokyo , India).  The role is a generalist role managing employee relations, policy frameworks, day-to-day employee activities, culture and engagement initiatives.


  • Build and maintain strong relations with business leaders and people managers to identify and respond to current and future people related requirements
  • Manage employee relations issues, both individual cases and larger scale aspects of a change management program, working with in-house legal counsel as necessary on matters relating to local employment law
  • Partner with HR Operation and Global HR Business Partner team on changes including new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, department changes and global mobility (inducing work permit applications/renewals) in APAC


This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or HR discipline
  • HR Manager with experience working in a matrix organization and mid-to-large sized global business, and dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in several areas of human resources (e.g., employee relations, talent management, HR operations, performance management, restructure and change management)
  • Good knowledge of APAC regulations necessary ( with focus on Singapore , Australia , Japan and India)
  • Ability to work with a high level of ambiguity in a growing and constantly changing environment; preferably within technology and/or online media sector
  • Excellent oral/written communication, listening and presentation skills
