We are currently seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to help us roll out Agile to the entire engineering organization.
This high influence, high impact role will develop and drive an Agile Project Management strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy. Through technical credibility, the right person will ensure our talented Engineers have a solid understanding of and commitment to the overall methodology.
You will work with all stakeholders to support every stage of adoption, from the introduction of Agile and employee education, to fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile, to sustaining Agile methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement.
You will also manage Engineering projects for our Campaigns tribe. The Campaigns tribe own the reliable, performant, and intuitive systems (primarily the TerminalOne UI and APIs) that enable media traders to plan, setup, manage, monitor and execute digital campaigns across programmatically addressable supply. To turn our most valuable asset — the transactional data we collect — into scalable, innovative and accessible Products. Goals include maximizing access to data, decreasing time-to-market for new data-driven products, increasing the value of our reporting to customers, surfacing usage metrics to inform product decisions and make interacting with reporting more enjoyable.

The right person will embody Agile principles and lead by example.
