2017 is a very exciting year for the team, with a lot of strategic and operational improvements being deployed Globally to improve efficiency, focus sales efforts, assess successes and, ultimately, drive revenue growth. A key and vital area to be improved is the reporting capability of the wider sales function and we’re looking for an excel all-star to come and take ownership of the data that influences our planning and measurement of success.


We need someone who obsesses over the details, able to juggle multiple edits and changes, takes pride in their work and can turn masses of data into actionable insights. Having interaction with Senior Management on a regular basis means you need to keep your cool with varying deadlines and be proactive in ensuring our teams are entering accurate data into the systems!

  • Maintain and evolve global sales reporting
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to the Senior Management Team and global sales organization
  • Provide analytical support for the Sales Operations team to assist in new process planning and to identify risks
  • Own the global target allocations and commissions calculations (with operational support from the team) each quarter. Champion high quality work by keeping on top of multiple changes throughout the process


This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global technology team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, mathematics, analytics or similar
  • 2+ years experience providing analytical support for business, corporate or sales functions
  • A passion for detail, pride in your work and relentless follow-through
  • A drive to learn, we are willing to shape any candidate with a solid analytical/excel brain into a Sales Operations Jedi


Extra credit:

  • Salesforce, Anaplan or Looker experience
  • Experience in a sales or corporate development function
  • A sense of humor
