We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations team! This position requires a tech savvy candidate with strong communication skills - as you will be regularly interacting with internal stakeholders to scope and implement solutions that simplify and improve business processes.

 

As a team, Sales Operations focuses on developing sales methodologies, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of internal processes, and leveraging technology to streamline and automate workflow to reduce user friction and get to revenue faster.

 

We’re an enthusiastic team — recently participating in various MediaMath Impact Week volunteer events, with organizations such as Food Bank NYC and Community Action Network. Work-life balance is encouraged (so long as you bring back a magnet for our white board when you travel somewhere exotic!).

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders and team members to analyze, understand, and document requirements
  • Scope, design, and develop end-to-end solutions by leveraging Salesforce features and functionality, such as workflow rules, process builder, custom objects, and validation rules
  • Provide ongoing support to quickly fix identified system issues or bugs
  • Perform data administration tasks such as data loading, merging of duplicate records, and retirement of unused reports & dashboards
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features. Make recommendations regarding implementation, as appropriate.

 

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global technology team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work/technical experience
  • 2+ years Salesforce experience, Salesforce certification preferred
  • Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the Salesforce.com software and system administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
  • Working knowledge of data management and data quality techniques and processes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
