We are seeking a Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for MediaMath’s UI, using inputs from a wide variety of stakeholders, including clients, other Product Managers who own specific areas of the product, channels team, sales, client success, support, technical solutions, senior leadership and engineering.


  • Effectively prioritize feature backlog consisting of large epics, small enhancements, bug fixes, technical debt and engineering initiatives such that value to clients and the business is maximized
  • Collaborate with UX and Design team to conduct user/client research to understand user/client needs
  • Write product requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate effectively with design, engineering and technical project management to execute on feature backlog
  • Participate in estimation and sprint planning meetings, conduct UAT, clarify requirements to engineering and QA, triage defects and conduct other tasks related to product execution
  • Quantitatively and qualitatively measure product success


This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global technology team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.



  • 5-7 years of Product Management experience building digital products cross-platforms at a rapidly-scaling company; ideally within an AdTech organization
  • Demonstrated experience taking multiple large products that have delivered customer and business value, from discovery to delivery
  • B2B/SaaS product management experience a plus



  • Keen sense for design and user experience; must be able to think holistically about user experience across multiple areas of a complex product Familiarity with DSPs or similar AdTech platforms
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies or ability to learn rapidly on the job
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies



  • Ability to balance business needs and technical constraints, while delivering the best possible user experience
  • Ability to identify and manage bottlenecks and escalate when required
  • Passion for customer success
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain focus and ruthlessly manage one’s time even when pulled in multiple directions
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence others and say “no” or “yes, but later” when needed
