About the Marketing Engineer Program (MEP)

 

MEP launched in NYC in 2014 to meet the growing demand for talent within digital marketing.  Our goal was to provide participants with the experience, skills, and network they needed to jumpstart their careers in this fast-growing and ever-changing industry. 

 

Since its launch in 2014, we have expanded into London, UK, and Sao Paolo, Brazil.  We have graduated over 70 Marketing Engineers globally, and won two coveted Brandon Hall Awards for Most Innovative & Unique Learning Program (2005 & 2016).

 

About Program Coordinator

 

We need a Program Coordinator to support our growing NYC Marketing Engineer Program.  In this role you will be supporting the full lifecycle of an immersive, 10-week training program, from recruitment and training to career development.  This individual is fundamental to the success of our program, and responsible for ensuring the best learning experience for our participants. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced industry, and would be ideal for a ‘self-starter’ who enjoys solving problems and is passionate about learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing our award-winning Marketing Engineer Program
  • Serve as liaison between program participants and the program manager, providing program recommendations and enhancements that align with overall program objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share knowledge, develop training content and identify new partnership opportunities
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings, trainings and all other program related events (both on and off-site), including: external partner meetings & trainings, internal training sessions, IT/facilities requests, room reservations, calendar invites, etc.
  • Develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, one-sheeters, and powerpoint presentations
  • Design and analyze feedback surveys and provide recommendations based on participant and employee feedback
  • Manage internal/external communication, including but not limited to: intranet, website, blog, social media and other internal communication channels
  • Assist with the development of marketing and communications strategies to support program goals and increase industry awareness
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including attendance at recruitment events, candidate interviews, and scheduling/coordination
  • Assist in developing and managing our alumni program, including communication and programming
  • Assist in delivering professional development content for program participants
  • Assist Program Manager in all other program related responsibilities

 

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global technology team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years experience in a training or learning and development role (recommended)
  • Experience in digital marketing a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships
  • Passion for learning & development and interest in group facilitation and coaching
  • Strong organizational and project management skills – capable of managing multiple projects, at various stages, at the same time
  • Natural problem solver who utilizes a learner-centered approach to create innovative, and unique, training solutions
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
