Education Services is a powerful part of what makes NMI (New Marketing Institute) unique and our training strategies focus on developing impactful instruction that not only focuses on providing learners with a profound understanding of the tools and landscapes on which modern digital media, data management and programmatic media buying and selling take place.


  • Become a resident expert in the T1 Marketing Operating System.
  • Develop and facilitate creative, dynamic and impactful learning solutions for our TerminalOne Marketing Operating System certification courses.
  • In addition to T1 Certification facilitation, become expert facilitator of Digital Marketing, Programmatic 101, and Omnichannel content. Certification curriculum of these courses, and future courses, should be adapted to the LATAM market.
  • Act as NMI Certification representative for the LATAM region, traveling when needed for Client, Partner, and Influencer education.
  • Work with NMI Curriculum Development Lead to strategize on, design, and improve upon certification curriculum.
  • Partner with Global Certification Leads, traveling when needed for Client, Partner, and Influencer education.
  • Partner with operations to identify and address opportunities for growth in key metrics and business drivers.
  • Work with NMI Curriculum Development Lead to strategize on, design, and improve upon certification curriculum.
  • Customize all NMI (New Marketing Institute) training materials to meet the business needs of the regional audience.
  • Explore and make training recommendations for clients based on educational research, their learning style, and company needs.
  • Attend quarterly and monthly training reviews with clients to understand new initiatives and develop plans for delivering and reporting these initiatives to Education Services team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with training leads and internal stakeholders to develop ad-hoc curriculum and documentation to address hot-button issues and site deficiencies.
  • Develop and cultivate partnership with all of our clients, accounts, and account managers
  • Maintain an environment of continual improvement across all design and facilitation processes owned for any assigned accounts.
  • Conduct training needs and gap analysis to improve performance and ensure continues improvement.
  • Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to assess the state of clients’ learning gaps, organizational cultures, leadership dispositions, and intended objectives for change programs. 

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global technology team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.


  • 5-7 years of experience in a corporate learning environment OR experience developing and facilitating training programs as a subject matter expert.
  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese languages
  • Experience working in a team to design courses and develop learning programs.
  • Experience in digital advertising technology strongly preferred, either in learning and development or as a subject matter expert.
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Comfortable with rapid adoption of new technology
  • Knowledge of the instructional design process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of eLearning development technologies
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation
  • Exceptional organizational skills
