We are seeking a data driven Tech & Product Recruiter to source, engage, qualify, and hire top AdTech talent, globally. Act as the expert and trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Candidates on MediaMath products, processes, and services by providing informed guidance throughout their decision-making process.


You will recruit for a variety of roles across the business and across a variety of locations [US, EMEA, APAC & LATAM], requiring you to be flexible with time zones, international best practices and a guru in all roles within MediaMath!


Working directly with Senior Leadership Teams based in EMEA, APAC and U.S - you will set the standards for client management, innovate on current recruitment processes and drive improvements that impact all to recruit the best talent.


This requires a hyper skilled information broker to understand and communicate Hiring Manager/Candidate motivations throughout the recruiting lifecycle to create win-win outcomes.

  • Champion and adhere to a data driven full life cycle recruitment process; plan, source, engage, screen, measure and hire candidates
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates on MediaMath’s products, process and services
  • Aggressively build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent 
  • Strive for continuous improvement, course correcting and calibrating throughout the search lifecycle
  • Maintain candidate profiles and recruitment workflow for clear reporting on progress
  • Maintain communication with HR Business Partners throughout the hiring lifecycle on candidate immigration and other important matters to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire



  • 5+ years full life cycle recruitment, specializing within Tech & Product hiring in a fast-growing org; ideally within ad tech
  • Experience recruiting EMEA, APAC & LATAM  


  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, iCIMS is a plus
  • Process and data oriented; focused on calibrating throughout the hiring process and capturing data that will expose trends and patterns that influence hiring practices
  • Client service focused and are viewed as a trusted partner to hiring managers and interview teams 
  • Care deeply about the candidate and hiring team experience
  • Ability to build and cultivate relationships; understand how to recruit passive candidates and can identify those with winning traits and values that are aligned with the company’s values 
  • An eye for detail, strong intuition for cultural fit, and relentless follow-through
