  • Support the execution of marketing & PR campaigns and projects for MediaMath across the JAPAC region, largely focusing on events, PR, social media and digital campaigns to drive demand generation, client expansion and brand strategies.
    • Events: Supporting events execution across JAPAC, from large trade shows to client entertainment or bespoke MediaMath events, your attention to detail will ensure all are organised to a high standard and run like clockwork.
    • Content Marketing: Assist in executing the MediaMath content marketing program for JAPAC.
    • Account Based Marketing and digital campaigns: Assist the marketing team to develop and execute the ABM strategy, devising and delivering digital campaigns across email, social, video and display channels. 
    • PR & Social: Work with the PR agency to organize press releases, media interviews and manage and monitor social media.
    • Marketing Budgeting: Manage the budget and accruals for the EMEA marketing team, liaising closely with finance and external suppliers.
    • Brand: Uphold the MediaMath brand, ensuring all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, are creatively engaging and relevant.
  • Manage the daily organization of the JAPAC marketing team, ensuring processes are followed, documentation and materials are organized and marketing activity is effectively communicated internally and externally.
  • Manage the ordering and distribution of MediaMath-branded merchandise.
  • Collaborate with global internal teams: sales, creative, product, client teams on key initiatives to plan and prioritise tasks. Work effectively with external vendors including PR and events agencies.
  • Drive personal learning of the digital marketing industry and the advertising technology ecosystem.


This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.


  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred) – Marketing qualification is preferred.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in a B2B marketing role, preferable in a technology environment.
  • Online advertising industry knowledge and a passion for the online advertising space is strongly desired.
  • Effective time management skills – an organised individual who can prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Diligent work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done.
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Impeccable written skills, ideally experience of writing within the technology landscape or a similarly complex subject area, ability to convert our technical capabilities into clear, concise and compelling stories.
  • A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas, new perspectives and a wealth of enthusiasm.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced changing working environment, demanding and fun entrepreneurial environment.
  • Highly proficient in using the whole Microsoft Office package, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills would be particularly beneficial.

  • Experience of using Marketing and Sales Automation software like Marketo/salesforce is strongly desired.

  • Native English speaker. A 2nd asian language would be beneficial to this role, preferably Korean (or Mandarin/Japanese).
