We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Talent Coordinator to support the L&D and Talent teams which work closely together to identify, develop, and best utilize our talent.  

 

This newly created role will support the full lifecycle of our employees from coordinating onboarding, enabling execution of our learning agenda, providing support during our performance management process and talent reviews and support the execution of talent programs.  The Talent Coordinator will also provide meaningful reporting and actionable insight from our talent databases and Learning Management System [LMS].

 

This is a unique opportunity to support a wide breadth of People relations and gain intimate understanding of process across a Human Resources organization.  If you are excited to take initiative on wide and varied people projects, this is an opportunity to impact large global process.

Responsibilities

New Hire Employee Onboarding & Orientation

  • Support and contribute to enhanced onboarding program development.
  • Organize New Hire Orientation from preparation and on-site execution to ensuring ongoing new hire assimilation, training and development

Internal Employee Training

  • Serve as master admin for Prime LMS, partnering with management to set their courses. Work with vendors to secure materials in advance of course offerings
  • Own course calendar, logistics, enrollment and day to day support of internal employee trainings
  • Reporting stats (# attendees, satisfaction, measurements, completion rates for required

Talent Management

  • Partner with Talent Management to support the administration, system set up, tracking, trouble shooting, and follow up communications for performance management, talent reviews, employee survey, and other Talent Management programs.

Continuous HR Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate opportunities, ad hoc projects and support across the HR Team
  • Responsible for updates to PowerPoint decks, printed materials, Process Documents and Wiki pages.

 

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.

Qualifications

Background

  • BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
  • 2 years of experience with respect to HR Client Services, Education, and Support; ideally in a high growth tech org

Skills

  • Proven track record in facilitating to small and large groups (in person and remote).
  • MS Office proficiency, strong Excel
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Superior decision making and analytical abilities with a high Customer IQ.
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies within a fast-paced environment and share those learnings with internal (employees) and external stakeholders (clients) quickly and efficiently.
