MediaMath is seeks a highly qualified Sales Planner with exceptional communication and analytical skills to support MediaMath’ Platform sales team.  In this critical role, the Sales Planner will be responsible for assisting Sales Directors with the overall management of the client business relationship.  This will consist mainly of internal preparation, documentation, and in person client meetings with the Sales Director.


  • Responsible for working with Sales team to build and grow our current client list 

  • When needed, develop strong/deep relationships with ad agencies and clients responsible for online advertising
  • Help with execution, completion and fulfillment of Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Assist with relevant research and reports on prospecting

  • Manage net new business
  • Enter account details into internal sales tools as Salesforce
  • Attend industry events or client meetings when necessary, Local event management
  • Develop strong understanding of MediaMath’s products and opportunities

  • Develop strong understanding of Industry Trends and Market Landscape


This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.


  • 1-3 years of experience in similar position in Online Advertising/Marketing – OR
  • 1-3 years of experience at a digital agency
  • Knowledge of the interactive marketplace 

  • Strong work ethic; desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment 

  • Must be a team player 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Ability to multi-task 

  • Excellent communication skills
