MediaMath seeks an eLearning Developer with a proven track record of creating robust eLearning projects and managing the development process end to end.


As an eLearning Developer at MediaMath, you are the lead on creating blended learning eLearning interventions using a variety of software including but not limited to Adobe Captivate and Camtasia. Using a blended learning approach, you will develop eLearning which is digestible and scalable across a global client base.


You will work closely with SMEs from various teams within MediaMath to storyboard, develop and test eLearning content that covers both theoretical and practical platform knowledge.


You must have an in-depth knowledge of the content creation process, be extremely well organized and have a passion for learning.

Additionally, you will own the role of Global Translations. This will include managing relationships with translation vendors to ensure that we continue to meet the Global learners where they are in location, language, learning style and level of experience. 


  • Become a resident expert in the T1 Marketing Operating System.
  • Develop and facilitate creative, dynamic and impactful learning solutions for our TerminalOne Marketing Operating System certification courses.
  • Create and maintain certification content for both platform and programmatic education
  • Create a framework for managing and updating existing learning materials
  • Set best practices for eLearning content creation globally
  • Work closely with SMEs to identify areas of opportunity in existing content
  • Consult with clients to gather L&D needs per organization
  • Manage global translations of content with translation vendors
  • Partner with training leads and internal stakeholders to develop ad-hoc curriculum and documentation to address hot-button issues and site deficiencies.
  • Develop and cultivate partnership with all of our clients, accounts, and account managers
  • Maintain an environment of continual improvement across all design and facilitation processes owned for any assigned accounts.
  • Conduct training needs and skill gap analysis to improve performance and ensure continued improvement of curricula
  • Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to assess the state of clients’ learning gaps, organizational cultures, leadership dispositions, and intended objectives for change programs.
  • Maintain an environment of continual improvement across all design and facilitation processes owned for any assigned accounts.


This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.


  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 5+ years’ experience developing eLearning content
  • Diligent work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Experience using Adobe Captivate and Techsmith Camtasia
  • Experience working with an enterprise-level Learning Management System
  • Partner with Global Certification Leads, traveling when needed for Client, Partner, and Influencer education.
  • Partner with operations to identify and address opportunities for growth in key metrics and business drivers.
  • Work with NMI Curriculum Development Lead to strategize on, design, and improve upon certification curriculum.
  • Advertising experience preferred
