The role of an Executive Assistant represents a unique opportunity to work in a fast pace, collaborative environment. The EA is a critical member of the team and will work with a small but highly motivated team to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of MediaMath’s tactical and strategic level priorities. An ideal candidate for the role should be eager to take on challenging tasks and be motivated to articulate creative processes to maximize efficacy and outcomes. We seek a problem solver who is comfortable with navigating ambiguity and who will serve as a trusted business partner to the team.


  • Handle all calendar management for our Managing Director, North America – including outgoing and incoming appointments/meetings
  • Manage general administrative duties including booking travel, creating and maintaining daily schedules, travel itineraries and expense reports
  • Compose and prepare various correspondences, typically in fast paced situations and under tight deadlines
  • Manage miscellaneous items such as assisting with Sales off-site meetings
  • Handle all calendar management for our Head of Sales, North America 


This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years experience supporting an executive strongly preferred
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, in particular Outlook
  • Desire to work in a fast pace, often ambiguous environment
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Creative and ‘outside-the-box’ thinking
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Tech savviness a plus
  • Must have an open mind to constructive feedback and eagerness to learn
