The Receptionist at HQ will be a self-starting individual who brings the ability to “make things happen”. This candidate must be friendly, possess a professional personal presentation, display exceptional communication and customer service skills, and be able to remain cool under pressure in a high-volume and fast paced environment. The receptionist will work closely with the office manager to ensure the smooth running of all day-to-day office operations and creatively take on critical tasks such as planning corporate events and developing new company initiatives. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and guests
  • Answer high-volume phones
  • Assist employees with mailings, conference room coordination, and other requests
  • Register guests with building security
  • Maintain front of house appearance
  • Work with Office Manager to ensure conference rooms are clean and functioning
  • Work on ad hoc tasks with Facilities Team
  • Act as back-up for Office Manager when he/she is out
  • Assist in the management of on-site perks programs such as massages

 

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.

Qualifications

  • BS in Business Administration.
  • Self-starting attitude and demonstrated ability to get things done / leadership skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Customer-service oriented attitude
