We are seeking an Analyst, Corporate Strategy to provide strategic market analysis and insight that will support the development, communication, and execution of companywide strategic initiatives by focusing on trends, outlook, and competitive intelligence.


Working diligently to enable executive leadership to optimally align the corporate strategy with the market opportunities the Analyst will also help align the product portfolio with the capabilities to take advantage of these opportunities.


We are looking for a solutions-orientated, self-starter who can drive outcomes in a structured way, with a can-do will-do attitude.   This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual, willing to roll up their sleeves, to gain experience and insight into global company operations.


  • Assess strategic initiatives, at all levels of the organization, and ensure alignment with the company’s standards and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Chief Strategy Officer to own and drive strategic priorities across the organization (and externally).
  • Support strategic decisions and drive business prioritization via market research and analysis around industry trends and their impact on the market. 
  • Take ownership of select projects – managing them from beginning to end and communicating progress plan to CSO and other executives.


This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.



  • BS/BA+ in Computer Science or Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years of within management/strategy consulting (McKinsey, Accenture, etc.) or a leading analyst firm (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) or enterprise software company.
  • Digital advertising experience ideal


  • Ability to apply business drivers, financial and operational issues, expected and actual benefits, challenges, solutions, industry trends to deliver significant, measurable impact to company performance


  • Excellent project management including the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities at an extremely fast-paced schedule.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn and absorb new information
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels.
