We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative Infrastructure Platform products and Services for MediaMath Engineers.

 

The Technical Product Manager, Infrastructure [TPMI] will define service infrastructure strategy and road maps through a deep focus on our Engineers, gained through deep experience with and sold POC on Infrastructure Services. Their focus will be on turning MediaMath’s internal infrastructure and tools into a core delivery model for provisioning business technology.

 

This is a high impact opportunity to contribute to every aspect of MediaMath’s Infrastructure and Platform services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Infrastructure product development with cross-functional engineering team and designers.
  • Build consensus on product priorities leading to execution.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Effectively launch, package and drive adoption of new product/features to internal teams.

 

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.

Qualifications

Background

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 5-7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing Infrastructure Platform Engineering or Operations Services, programs, and resources

Skills

  • Well versed in container technology [ideally kubernetes]
  • Using Prometheus to develop monitors and build alerts around error conditions and performance.
  • Experience with Agile software development / Scrum methodology

  • Highly analytical thinking with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of technology philosophies
  • Demonstrates a collaborative approach to accomplish work and the ability to influence an outcome through a consultative methodology
