  • Manage day to day operations of Berlin office:
    • Answer phones, greet guests, manage front of house appearance
    • Order snacks and office supplies
    • Manage Deliveries and coordinate craftsman
    • Track budgets for food, supplies, and maintenance expenses
    • Maintain accurate vendor records
    • Liaise with property management and building maintenance to troubleshoot issues
    • Maintain office appearance and cleanliness
    • Assist staff with light ad-hoc tasks such as scheduling courier, booking conference rooms, or ordering meals for client meetings
    • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Country Manager including but not limited to: light calendar and expense management, and scheduling
    • Assist the EMEA Team Lead with tasks as needed; may include providing light support to other EMEA offices
    • Update and manage office seating charts
    • Act as Fire Warden/Safety officer for office; maintain Site Emergency Response Program documents
    • Design and implement all office management processes


This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.


What it will take:

  • College Degree
  • 2+ years office management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong English and German verbal and written comprehension
  • You have a professional and friendly appearance with an absolute talent for organization
  • You care a lot about Teamwork and communication
  • You are very structured and an organizational superstar
  • You are a fast learner and love to work independently
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
