Are you passionate about teaching other people? Can you envision ways to improve any sales pitch? MediaMath is looking for a Global Sales Enablement and Training leader. Reporting to SalesOps & Strategy and working closely with Sales leadership and Executive management, you will lead the development, utilization and continuous improvement of sales techniques, processes and materials. You’ll be continuously iterating and monitoring consistency of our Sales & CSO process, as well as developing materials aimed at improving the onboarding experience of our growing Enterprise Sales team.

 

In partnership with the VP of Sales Operations and our Global L&D Director, you will help build out a world class learning and development function that grows our people and prepares them for next steps in their career.

Qualifications

Background

  • 4+ years in a sales enablement/sales training role, ideally at a technology or software company
  • Demonstrated success in building a corporate learning and development strategy
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams or direct experience on a sales team
  • Certifications in 360 feedback instruments and behavioral style inventories a plus

 

Skills

  • Track record of success changing and influencing sales behaviors
  • Strong vendor and project management skills
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Must be a team player with the ability to work cross functionally as well as independently and be accountable for results
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach to building Sales training programs
  • Willing and able to travel as needed
