MediaMath User Experience & Design team’s mission is to deliver delightful, efficient and domain-conscious product experiences through intuitive workflow and beautiful design. We are thought leaders for user experience and visual design across all the product business units, working closely with internal and external users, Product Management and Engineering to build useful, usable features and enhancements across TerminalOne.

Responsibilities

MediaMath is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join the User Experience & Design team.

 

Our enterprise platform, TerminalOne provides tools to empower marketers to manage and optimize revenue from their digital marketing spend. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about designing intuitive user workflow, creating consistent user experience and simple user interfaces.

 

The Senior UX/UI Designer will have a lead role creating innovative user interface experiences that drive growth for MediaMath, involving:

  • working with product managers to define the user experience for complex workflows, involving gathering feedback from clients, producing prototypes, and validating and iterating designs to ensure they meet user needs.
  • using pre-existing design patterns and assets for new features while seizing opportunities to create new patterns and designs to establish new standards.

 

This position will report to the Director of User Experience & Design whom is responsible for leading projects creation of designs, establishing standards and enforcing UX and design standards across product business units.

Qualifications

Background

 

  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in UX, Interaction Design, or HCI
  • Experience working on a SaaS platform a plus
  • Portfolio with examples of design thinking and practical application of research techniques

Skills

  • leadership skills that enable you to drive projects independently
  • familiar with common design patterns and are aware of the usability issues
  • prototype using any design tool, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch are some you have used
  • progress designs from sketches, low fidelity wireframes to high fidelity mockups
  • familiar with the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
