With 450+ employees globally and continued growth on the horizon, the Human Resources Analyst will be an essential component to the continued success of a high-impact HR team, supporting the processes that drive document management, employee education, benefits administration, talent acquisition, new hire on-boarding and day to day support. The ideal candidate will have the communication savvy and sophistication to work closely with the HR team and employees at all levels, and will also have the sharp focus and organization skills required to keep track of the data, dates, policies, processes and details that fuel a healthy and functional company and culture.


  • Provide operational and consultative support to internal clients on a daily basis
  • Day-to-day administration of Human Resources policies and programs covering several or all of the following disciplines: Recruiting and Staffing, Employee Relations, Training, Compensation, Benefits
  • Provide support for general and emerging HR programs, both within specific teams and across the organization  
  • Address employees’ inquiries and facilitate employee and management requests with a keen eye for delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintain understanding and knowledge of employment laws; ensure compliance in all aspects of the employment relationship
  • Work collaboratively with team to review, recommend and implement changes to HR processes to ensure optimization, streamlining, and compliance
  • Proactively seek to adopt and maintain best practices as an HR professional in the tech space
  • Assist various special projects and HR initiatives as required
  • Provide guidance and education to managers on compensation strategies that align with company goals
  • Support annual compensation programs including merit adjustments and incentive payouts
  • Coordinate performance management, talent manager, and HR processes in line with standard company procedures for International locations
  • Collaborate across our HR functions on all global and local HR initiatives
  • Be the eyes and ears on the ground to put the HR team in a position to anticipate the employees’ needs
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends to raise the MediaMath employer brand across our International regions
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources disciplines
  • Employee Relations experience and Data Analysis capabilities a plus
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills and an ability to develop and foster client relationships
