We are seeking an International Head of Enterprise Sales [IHES], well versed in B2B SaaS, to lead revenue generation and growth through commercial excellence for MediaMath EMEA & APAC.  This proven Sales leader will create the vision, execution and oversight of our commercial experience and drive strategic sales across key regions. 


The IHES will oversee the pipeline of new business, ensuring focus on the most valuable prospects in each market, and signing new deals as required. Through strategic selling and diagnosis forward mastery, the IHES exclusively owns pipeline of net new client sales and will be responsible for progressing each new business through the pipeline to close.    


Responsible for commercial excellence across regions, the IHES will bring a strong vision for strategic sales can transform our product and company.  You will empower our Commercial talent to apply strategic sales thinking and best practices to rapidly deliver to a world class experience to our customers.


This newly created role will be a critical to the organization’s international revenue generation and growth.   We have extremely strong momentum and see the opportunity to accelerate with someone who can lead teams with brand direct pitches that never make it to RPFs.


The right person is a solutions-orientated, self-starter who can drive outcomes in a structured way, with a can-do/will-do attitude.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual, with a clear vision for growth for a B2B SaaS org, to massively accelerate international revenue growth.


  • Deliver revenue growth and profitability for the EMEA & APAC business, growing market share.
  • Establish and monitor appropriate KPIs, objectives and targets for the new and existing business teams.
  • Ensure a seamless process from pre-sales to customer deployment, capturing strategic objectives, needs, and future potential.
  • Develop clear internal reporting structures for sales efforts to ensure company growth is maximised, and that opportunities are tracked (won/lost/pending with structured reasons for these)
  • Define key roles and benchmarks for successful and scalable international rollout


This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.



  • 10+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS strategic sales experience at large, direct brands
  • 5+ years managing multinational sales groups; comfortable managing distributed senior sales people.
  • Programmatic experience highly preferred


  • History of hitting and exceeding revenue goals by adhering to a Customer-Focused Sales Methodology
  • A deep commitment to business and functional diagnosis and solution design is required.
  • Excellent communication skills; specifically, strong listening, negotiation, and presentation
  • Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with decision makers with a track record of retaining key clients
  • Solution oriented and creative thinking skills to evaluate problem and to drive win-win outcomes
