MediaMath seeks an Account Based Marketing Manager with broad experience across the key facets of B2B marketing to support the North American business in meeting and beating its direct revenue goals through great marketing. In this capacity, the marketer will deliver a robust program of ABM initiatives to support the North America business, in partnership with that team and the Marketing team. This role is based in our headquarters in New York City.  

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Commercial, Account and Product organizations to lead campaigns targeting our key accounts and prospects.  Specific initiative types typically include:
    • Research and develop named account data, build personas against the ideal customer profile, champion the depth and scope of data.
    • Develop and execute integrated Account Based Marketing campaigns (both programmatic and direct marketing) related to new client acquisition, client expansion, and client advocacy across all relevant channels including: display, mobile, video, social, DM, email.
    • Leverage existing MediaMath content and develop tailored messaging to demonstrate MediaMath’s vision of programmatic excellence to major brand and agency clients as well as prospects. Owning the relevancy and messaging strategy to named accounts.
    • Become a super user of MediaMath’s programmatic platform, developing insights and best practices on how to optimize campaigns and reach our target audience at various points in the buyer journey.
    • Develop and analyze key marketing metrics to ensure ABM initiatives directly impact revenue and the growth of the business, report results to the marketing team and wider business.
    • Develop deep collaborative relationships with Commercial, Account and Product teams on key initiatives to plan and prioritize tasks.
    • Take leadership on digital campaigns, working with teams from creative and professional services organization to execute across channels
    • Support the day to day operations and strategic initiatives of the North America Marketing team
    • Champion account based marketing initiatives to serve as an example of B2B marketing best practice

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of our global team, you may be required to be work off-hours or be on-call on a rotating basis. Other duties may be assigned, as needed. MediaMath retains the right to change job duties at any time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise software context.
  • Previous experience in creating and executing account based and digital marketing campaigns
  • Impeccable writing skills; ideally experience writing within the technology landscape or a similarly complex subject area; ability to convert our technical capabilities into clear, concise and compelling stories.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task and adapt to the pace of change.
  • Savvy people person with the proven ability to work across teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Experience using marketing and sales automation tools such as Marketo, Outreach and Salesforce.
  • Superior time management skills to continually prioritize work and hit deadlines.
  • Ability to both think strategically and to deliver a significant tactical program of initiatives.
