Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations of Cambridge office
    • Answer phones, greet guests, manage front of house appearance
    • Order food and office supplies
    • Track budgets for food, supplies, FedEx and other vendors
    • Liaise with building maintenance and management to ensure a clean and safe work environment
    • Coordinate with building security and MediaMath’s security vendor to register new hires and deactivate former employees’ access
    • Manage and maintain office equipment, furniture, and appliances
    • Assist staff with ad hoc tasks such as mailings, parking vouchers, and catering orders
    • Manage in-office perks such as bi-weekly massage program
    • Support Director, Facilities operations in the management and implementation of Incident Management Team, Fire Wardens, and Emergency Action plan
    • Work closely with other office managers to maintain policies and procedures and uphold company standards

Qualifications

What it will take:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 2+ years office management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift packages weighing 10 – 25 lbs
  • Professional presentation and exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency with both Mac and Microsoft OS, Office Suite, and Cisco phones
