MediaMath is currently seeking a data-savvy Product Associate to join our team. This individual will work collaboratively with teams across the company to create and refine product features and enhancements. He/she will work closely with product managers and engineers to bring products and features to life, and also engage with clients to garner feedback on current and planned initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features and products.
  • Support in product development with cross-functional engineering team and designers.
  • Become proficient in executing usability studies, research and market analysis and start to make connections to product requirements that will enhance user satisfaction.
  • Work cooperatively with Training, Business Development, Sales and Marketing teams to effectively launch, package and market new products/features.
  • Provide operational support for ongoing product efforts.
  • Assist with technical aspects of integration work required for some of our product offerings.
  • Monitor product KPIs and help build reports to show product usage.
  • Learn MediaMath’s strategic and competitive position in ad tech.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Basic Product Management knowledge, with any experience in digital media platforms as a plus

  • Basic knowledge of Agile software development / Scrum methodology
